As the Managing Partner of Infinite Strategies Group, LLC, Lori Dubuc heads the company’s strategy and business development operations and personally provides leadership training, workshops, and executive development for individuals and organizations. Lori’s unique understanding of business allows her to offer practical and creative strategies to optimize human potential. Her 20 years of experience with both Fortune 500 and start-up companies includes leadership positions in human resources across a variety of industries.

Lori’s areas of expertise include personal and executive coaching, training and development for executives and mid-level leaders; strategic human capital optimization; identification and development of high performers; cross-functional project management; organizational design and effectiveness; talent restructuring and change management. Her expertise in large companies spans organizational transformation, strategic human capital positioning, and restructuring talent for retention and deliverables.

Prior to forming Infinite Strategies Group, Lori served as First Vice President, Human Resources at SunTrust, where she was responsible for human resources strategy and employee retention and for coaching select top-performing members of the SunTrust leadership team.

Lori also served as a human resource executive for Cox Communications where she facilitated and coached a seven-person senior executive team responsible for evaluating and implementing the results of a needs-based assessment initiative for employees. She also directed a team of human resource leaders focused on retention, leadership coaching and employee relations.

Prior to her time at Cox Communications, Lori managed the human resources function for the 2,000 southeast-based employees of T-Mobile. During her tenure, she created and launched a regional development and retention program for high performing talent that was later launched as a national program.

Lori is an active member of the Atlanta community, previously having served on the board of the Joseph B. Whitehead Boys and Girls Club of America.  She is a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Year Up, Inc., where she was recognized with an outstanding mentoring award in 2012. She is also a mentor with the Georgia State University Robinson College of Business Honors Mentoring Program. Lori received the President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2011 for her dedication to the community.  She also was recognized by T-Mobile for outstanding leadership in locating and assisting T-Mobile employees during Hurricane Katrina.

Lori holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is an active member of both ICF and the Georgia Association of Coaches.

Lori graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Missouri.  She also has a master’s degree in human resources and management from Webster University.
